孪生对镁合金热压缩变形应力及流变硬化行为的影响

【摘要】 为增强镁合金的成型性能,采用热压缩、金相和X线衍射等方法,在温度为350~400℃,应变速率为10-2/s条件下,分析孪生对镁合金热压缩变形过程中流变应力及变形末期流变硬化行为的影响。研究结果表明:在变形过程中,AZ41和ZK60 2种合金的流变应力都随着热压缩温度升高而下降;由于初始织构不同,AZ41镁合金的变形模式主要是孪生,AZ41对应的流变应力峰值高于ZK60合金的流变应力峰值;在变形中期,AZ41合金中仍存在大量的孪晶,使其稳态流变应力始终高于ZK60合金稳态流变应力;在变形末期,孪生导致AZ41镁合金流变硬化行为;ZK60镁合金由于再结晶的软化作用,依然表现为稳态流变。

【Abstract】 A thermecmastor-Z hot deformation simulator,optical microscopy and XRD were employed to characterize the flow stress behavior and microstructure of twin roll cast AZ41 and ZK60 magnesium alloy during hot compression at 350-400 ℃ and a given strain rate of 10-2 /s.The results show that the flow stress of both AZ41 and ZK60 alloy drops as deformation temperature increases.In addition,the steady flow stress of AZ41 alloy is higher than that of ZK60 alloy throughout the hot compression due to a great deal of twinning,and results in an apparent increase of flow stress at the end of hot compression.ZK60 magnesium alloy still shows steady state because of the softening effect of the recrystallization.
