连续电除盐技术中树脂导电性的研究
Study on Conductivity of Ion-exchange Resin Packed in Continuous Electrodeionization(CEDI)
【摘要】 连续电除盐技术被用于处理低放废水,在CEDI设备单元中填充的离子交换树脂对降低连续电除盐膜堆的电阻、提高核素离子的迁移率、降低能耗起着重要的作用.本文建立了在CEDI膜堆外测试离子交换树脂导电性的方法,并利用所建立的方法对1200Na、4200Cl、核级阳、核级阴、001*7、201*7这6种离子交换树脂的导电性进行了研究,引用多孔塞模型(porous-plug model)描述了离子交换树脂的三种导电路径,筛选出传导能力强的核级阳和核级阴树脂作为CEDI膜堆的填充材料.
【Abstract】 The continuous electrodeionization(CEDI) technology was used to treatment of low-level radioactive wastewater.In a CEDI system,the ion exchange resin plays an important role in reducing high electrical resistance,increasing the available surface area for ion exchange and reducing power consumption.The process of ion exchange resin packed into CEDI model is complicated,therefore the aim of this study is to set up a method for measurement of the electrical conductivity of ion exchange resin at the outside of CEDI model.With this method we measured six ion exchange resins conductivity,1200Na,4200Cl,cation nuclear resin,anion nuclear resin,001*7,201*7.The porous-plug model was introduced in this study to describe the electrical current passes through three different paths.The result indicated that cation nuclear resin and anion nuclear resin were electrically moreconductive than the others,therefore this two kinds of resins are proposed to be packed in CEDI model.
