【Abstract】 The paper interprets the problems of specialized farmers’ cooperatives hidden behind the data of their rapid development and puts forward the following views.Firstly,the judgment on the data of the development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives should be rational;their actual ability of driving farmers can’t be enlarged.Secondly,only the development policy laid equal stress on prompting and supervision can obtain the policies’ positive effect.Thirdly,holding shares of stock in a specialized farmers’ cooperative is the important symbol of cooperative membership,and is also the foundation of a cooperative member to exercise his democratic rights.Forth,the future trend of specialized farmers cooperatives’ development depends on the guidance of government and the interest game among relevant main bodies of the specialized farmer’s cooperative.更多还原
