【摘要】 目的:探讨高压氧联合音乐疗法对老年抑郁症患者HAMD评分的影响。方法:将150例老年抑郁症患者随机分为常规护理组(对照组)和高压氧联合音乐疗法护理组(观察组),对照组给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗及护理。观察组在对照组基础上加用高压氧联合音乐疗法。治疗8周后对比两组治疗前后的疗效并进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较。结果:两组在疗程结束后,疗效及汉密顿抑郁量表评分比较差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧联合音乐疗法对老年抑郁症患者的康复方面具有明显的促进作用,值得临床进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy jointing music for the elderly depression’s HAMD score.Methods:Randomly divide 150 cases into two groups: routine nursing care group(control group) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy with music followed with nursing care group(experiment group),and give the control group regular antipsychotic medication and nursing care.Offer the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with music to observation group based on the control group.After eight weeks,compared the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,and at the same time,compared the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) scores.Results: At the end of the treatment,efficacy and Hamilton depression scale scores of the two groups turned out to be significant differences(P <0.01).Conclusions: Hyperbaric oxygen combined with music therapy has a significant role in promoting rehabilitation aspects of Elderly patients with depression,it is worth to further promote in clinic.更多还原
