【摘要】 目的:了解精神科住院患者猝死特点,以降低住院精神病患者猝死的发生率,减少医疗纠纷。方法:对我院2007年6月～2008年12月间住院猝死的6例病案进行回顾性分析。结果:猝死率占同期住院患者总数的1.17‰,占同期住院死亡患者的15.79%;大多数患者联合使用抗精神病药(APS),且多数合并躯体疾病。结论:进食差、联合用药、合并躯体疾病是精神科住院患者猝死的主要原因,应引起医护人员的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Realize the characteristic of sudden unexpected death of the psychotic in hospital,in order to reduce the incidence of sudden unexpected death of the psychotic in hospital,and reduce the medical disputes.Methods:Retrospective analysis the six cases who was sudden dead unexpected in our hospital,during June 2007 to December 2008.Results:The rate of sudden unexpected death occupied 1.17‰ in the total patients in the hospital during the same time,the most patients use more than two kinds types of antipsychotic drugs,and the most of all united the somatic disease.Conclusion:The main reason of sudden unexpected death of the psychotic in hospital is eat little drugs combination and united the somatic disease.It should be highly recognized by the medical workers,and reinforced the observing and nursing in the exceptional time.更多还原
