【摘要】 目的:探讨住院精神疾病患者发生医疗纠纷的原因及防范对策。方法:对我院2003年1月~2010年1月发生的8例医疗纠纷案例进行回顾性分析总结。结果:产生纠纷的原因:猝死5例,出走后走失1例,保护性约束不当1例,自缢死亡1例。结论:掌握疾病特点、增强法律意识、严格规章制度管理、提高安全防范意识,可防范及减少医疗纠纷的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Inquire into the reason analyses and prevent countermeasure of dispute by the psychic patient in hospital.Methods:Review the eight cases of dispute in our hospital during Jan 2003 and Jan 2010 to analyses and sum up.Results:The reason of the eight cases,five cases were sudden death,one was lost after run away,one was mistaken during bind the patient,one was suicide.Conclusion:The dispute in the hospital can be prevented and reduced by grasping the characteristic of disease;enhancing the sense of law;rigorously the management of rules and regulations;rising the prevent sense of safe.更多还原
