【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师在肿瘤科护理人员中开展药学服务的作用。方法:临床药师主动与肿瘤科护理人员沟通,发现护理相关的药物应用问题,从药物滴注速度、给药顺序、不良反应处理等多个环节为护理人员提供相关的药学服务。结果:临床药师通过在肿瘤科护理人员中开展药学服务,保证了医嘱的正确施行,确保患者用药安全、有效。结论:临床药师通过向护理人员进行化疗药物的配制、输注及不良反应处理等方面的药学宣教,促进了肿瘤科治疗药物的合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of the pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacists among nursing staff in oncology department.Methods:By communicating with the nurses in oncology department,clinical pharmacists find out the problem caused by drug usage relating to nursing,and then provide the nurses with pharmaceutical care in different aspects,such as infusion rate,administration order and side effects treatment,etc.Results: Through the pharmaceutical care launched among the nursing staff in oncology department,clinical pharmacists can ensure that the medical advice can be implemented correctly and the safety and validity of medication usage.Conclusions: Clinical pharmacists give drug usage education like preparation of chemotherapy,infusion,treatment of side effect and so on to promote the rational application of oncology drugs.更多还原
