【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声评价他汀类药物对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法:对62例经多普勒超声检查发现存在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组;治疗组口服他汀类药物及阿斯匹林肠溶片,对照组仅口服阿斯匹林肠溶片;于治疗前、治疗6个月后进行颈动脉超声检查,测颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块积分,同时检测血脂。结果:与治疗前及对照组比较,治疗组治疗6个月后颈动脉IMT变薄及斑块积分明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL水平显著下降,HDL水平显著升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后血清TC、TG、LDL及HDL水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:他汀类药物不仅有调整血脂的作用,并能消除或稳定患者的颈动脉粥样硬化斑;彩色多普勒超声可以作为评价他汀类药物对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块影响的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Statins on carotid atherosclerotic plaque by color doppler ultrasound.Methods:62 patients with arteriosclerosis plaque of carotid artery diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound examination were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Treatment group received Statins and aspirin Enteric coated,while the control group received aspirin Enteric coated only.The intima media thickness(IMT) and the atherosclerotic plaque of carotid artery were measured by color doppler ultrasound and the levels of plasma lipid were evaluated before treatment and after 6 months of treatment respectively.Results: Compared with before treatment and the control group,after 6 months of treatment,the IMT of carotid artery,the crouse integrals significantly reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and triglyceride(TG) were significantly decreased and high density lipoprotein(HDL) were increased after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of those were no statistical significance in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Statins conclusions not only to adjust the role of lipids,also can eliminate or stability of the patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.It is shown that color doppler ultrasound can be used as one of the methods of evaluation of the influence of statins on carotid atherosclerotic plaque.更多还原
