【摘要】 目的:探讨小腿皮肤缺损合并感染的临床特点,治疗方法及预后。方法:对49例小腿皮肤缺损合并感染的病例,经抗炎,清创,VSD负压引流后,分别采用股前外侧皮瓣,交腿皮瓣,局部皮瓣,腓肠肌内侧头皮瓣,腓肠神经,隐神经营养血管蒂筋膜皮瓣的修复,皮瓣最大31 cm×13 cm,最小5 cm×6 cm。结果:49例创面应用VSD有效,创面新鲜,皮瓣移植修复均一期愈合,随访6～24月,部分病例进行了二期植骨,整形。未出现伤口不愈合,感染复发。皮瓣外形,质地良好。结论:负压封闭引流结合皮瓣移植治疗小腿皮肤缺损合并感染可获得良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of leg infection with soft tissue defect.Methods:49 cases of leg infections with soft tissue defects were treated from may 2007 to march 2010.After meticulous control of the infection,careful debridement and VSD(vacuum sealing drainage),various flaps were transferred to cover the defects.Results: All flap survived infection of wound subsided good coverage of the defects was obtained.Conclusions: It is effective method by using VSD(vacuum sealing drainage) with surgical flaps for treatment of leg infections with soft tissue defects.更多还原
