【摘要】 目的:探究隐瞒病情结婚的女性精神分裂症患者婚后生活的情感体验。方法:运用立意取样法和深入访谈法,对18例隐瞒病情结婚的女性精神分裂症患者进行访谈,将获得的资料用Giorgi法进行分析。结果:萃取出4个主题内容:隐瞒病史而心怀内疚;怕被发现而紧张不安;缺乏理解、支持而感压抑和无助;被误解、指责而委屈难过。结论:隐瞒病情的女性精神分裂症患者婚后不良内心体验不利于疾病康复,医护人员应指导家属斟酌利弊,正确对待患者婚姻问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the experience of married life of female schizophrenia patients who hiding their illness.Methods:Eighteen female schizophrenia patients were selected by purposive sampling.The data were collected by in-depth interview and were analyzed by Giorgi’s phenomenological procedures.Results: Four themes were found:① Remorse due to Hide the illness.②Restless due to fear of being discovered.③Feeling helpless due to Lack of understanding and support.④Sadness due to being misunderstood.Conclusions: Unhealth married life experience of the feminine schizophrenia patients hiding their illness are bad for recovery,they need professional guidance of marriage question and treament.更多还原
