【摘要】 目的了解抑郁干预对改善恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状况和提高生活质量的作用,为优化社区随访管理模式提供参考。方法采用类社区试验研究的方法,将干预社区筛选出来的抑郁患者54人(干预组),在接受恶性肿瘤常规治疗同时,给予为期6个月的心理支持和放松干预、认知和行为干预、社会支持等抑郁干预;将对照社区筛选出的抑郁患者54人(对照组),只接受常规治疗。干预前后对两组分别以Beck抑郁自评量表(BDI-13)和生活质量自评量表(FACT-G)进行评估并比较两组结果。结果干预组抑郁评分、抑郁状况、抑郁程度均较干预前及其对照组有明显改善,差别有显著性(P<0.05);干预组生理状况(PWB)、社会及家庭状况(SWB)、情感状况(EWB)和功能状况(FWB)各领域评分和生活质量总分干预后均有明显提高,差别有显著性(P<0.05),生活质量明显得到改善,与对照组比较差别也有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论开展社区肿瘤患者心理支持和抑郁干预,对改善其抑郁状况,提高生活质量起到积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the role of depressive intervention in improving the depression situation and quality of life for cancer patients in community.Methods By community intervention trial,54 patients with depression were screened out and selected into the intervention group,who received conventional treatment at the same time,while given a period of 6 months of psychological support,relaxation interventions,cognitive and behavioral interventions and social support intervention,meanwhile the control group of 54 patients with depression only received conventional treatment.Before and after intervention,patients of two groups were assessed with BDI-13 and FACT-G scales and the results of two groups were compared.Results In intervention group,the depression score(t=-8.940,P=0.000),depression situation(down 68.52%) and depression level(χ2= 6.08,P= 0.041) decreased significantly comparing with before intervention and there were significant differences(P<0.05) comparing with the control group.Physiological conditions(PWB),social/family status(SWB),emotional status(EWB),functional status(FWB) and the total score in intervention group significantly increased than that before intervention(P<0.05).Quality of life improved and there were significant differences comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The depression is the most common psychological barriers of cancer patients,directly affecting the prognosis and quality of life.It will play a positive role to give psychosocial support and depression intervention in cancer patients in community on improving their depression status and the quality of life.更多还原
