【摘要】 目的探讨COX-2在胃肠道腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法本课题以经病理证实的胃肠道腺癌组织37例为研究组,以其胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织37例和正常胃肠道黏膜组织37例为对照组。采用链霉素-生物素(S-P)免疫组化技术,测定胃肠道腺癌、正常胃肠道黏膜、淋巴结转移的癌组织中COX-2的表达。采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行组间比较。结果胃肠道腺癌、胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织中COX-2蛋白阳性表达率均明显高于正常胃肠道黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义;胃肠道腺癌组织中COX-2蛋白阳性表达率略高于胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组,但二者之间差异无统计学意义。结论 COX-2在胃肠道腺癌及其淋巴结转移癌的组织中表达水平高于正常胃肠道黏膜,其表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移相关,检测上述标志物有一定的临床及病理意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastrointestinal adenocarcioma tissue and its possible clinical significance.Methods The study group was pathologically proved gastrointestinal adenocarcioma and the control group were normal gastrointestinal mucous membrane and metastasis lymph node of gastrointestinal adenocarcioma.There were 37 cases in each group.Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to examine the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastrointestinal adenocarcioma,normal gastrointestinal mucous membrane and metastasis lymph node of gastrointestinal adenocarcioma.The comparetion of two groups was examined by using the Wilcoson rank coefficient.Results In gastrointestinal adenocarcioma and metastasis lymph node of gastrointestinal adenocarcioma the positive expression rate of cyclooxygenase-2 were both significance higher than that in normal gastrointestinal mucous membrane(P<0.01).There was not statistically significant between the positive expression rate of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastrointestinal adenocarcioma and in metastasis lymph node of gastrointestinal adenocarcioma(P>0.1).Conclusion The expression rate of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastrointestinal adenocarcioma and metastasis lymph node of gastrointestinal adenocarcioma are both higher than that in normal gastrointestinal mucous membrane.Its expression level have related with the cancer’s occur,development,infiltration,metastasis.These marks have some clinical and pathological significance.更多还原
