【摘要】 目的观察77例永久心脏起搏器植入的疗效及并发症。方法对77例永久心脏起搏器植入患者进行随访观察,对术中疗效及术后各种并发症进行分析。结果所有手术均成功完成,起搏模式:植入单腔起搏47例,房室双腔起搏28例,单腔心室埋藏式心脏复律除颤器1例,心脏再同步化起搏1例。术后囊袋血肿3例,电极脱位2例,起搏器囊袋溃破1例,起搏器综合征7例。结论采取相关措施,加强起搏器术后随访工作,可以减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and complications in 77 patients with artificial Pacemaker.Methods A total of 77 patients implanted pacemakers were followed.The complications that occurred in and after the operation were analyzed and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results All of operations were successfully completed,and the pacing modes were 47 for VVI,28 for DDD,one for ICD and one for CRT.After operation,capsular hematocele(3 cases),postoperative dislocation electrode(2 cases),capsular rupture(1 case) and pacemaker syndrome(7 cases) were observed.Conclusion Through the strengthening of pacemaker implantation in patients with long-term postoperative follow-up,whose pacemaker-related complications may be reduced.更多还原
