苦杏仁精油对玉米象的种群抑制活性研究

【摘要】 采用饲料混药法研究了苦杏仁精油对玉米象的种群抑制活性,结果发现由于试虫在一定的处理浓度下出现保护性昏迷,使苦杏仁精油处理下的玉米象的死亡率曲线呈"N"字形;苦杏仁精油对玉米象有很强的种群抑制活性,且随着处理浓度的降低,含HCN和除去HCN两种精油对玉米象F1代和F′代的种群抑制效果逐渐降低,不同浓度处理的试虫的F1代种群抑制率范围在30%~100%之间,F′代的种群抑制率范围在29.39%~58.19%之间;另外,含HCN和除去HCN的苦杏仁精油对玉米象的种群抑制活性对比试验结果表明去HCN的苦杏仁精油的杀虫活性显著高于含HCN的苦杏仁精油。

【Abstract】 Population inhibition activity of bitter almond oil against Sitophilus zeamais Mots.was studied with the diet-incorporated method.Results:The mortality of Sitophilus zeamais Mots.presents a curve of "N" because certain concentration of bitter almond oil may cause insects narcosis;bitter almond oil has very strong population inhibition activity on Sitophilus zeamais Mots..The population inhibitory effects on F1 and F′decrease with the decrease of the concentration of bitter almond oil;the population inhibitory rate of F1 is between 30% and 100%,and that of F′is between 29.39% and 58.19%.The effect of bitter almond oil without HCN is significantly higher than oil with HCN.
