【摘要】 以0.1%、0.2%和0.4%辣椒素-乙醇溶液为试验梯度,以黄胸鼠、小家鼠和褐家鼠为驱避对象,研究辣椒素驱避储粮鼠害的合适浓度及合适溶剂。结果表明,当辣椒素-乙醇溶液为0.2%时,室内防鼠效果明显,0.4%辣椒素-乙醇溶液的室内防鼠效果与0.2%辣椒素-乙醇溶液的室内防鼠效果无显著性差异,经0.2%辣椒素-乙醇溶液处理的编织袋在245 d的试验期间内一直完好无损。同时,在安全性、溶解性、稳定性、可接受性以及使用成本方面,乙酸乙酯是辣椒素鼠类驱避剂的最适溶剂。因此,辣椒素是可以被开发成为储粮鼠害驱避剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming to make a rodent repellent,yellow breast rats,Norway rats and striped field mice were used as test objects,and treated with capsaicin at concentration of 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.4% respectively.Meanwhile a right solvent for the repellent was selected.Results:Capsaicin at concentration of 0.2% could effectively control stored grain rats.The effect of 0.2% capsaicin is not significantly different compared with 0.4% capsaicin.The protection term of 0.2 % capsaicin against rodents is over 245 d in farm bin.Ethyl acetate is the selected solvent for the repellent based on a comprehensive consideration of safety,dissolution,stability,acceptability and cost.更多还原
