【摘要】 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后合并焦虑抑郁的情况,观察合用帕罗西汀治疗对AMI急诊PCI术后纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI-1)的影响。方法 108例AMI行急诊PCI术经汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁量表评定合并焦虑抑郁情绪患者53例,随机分为帕罗西汀组和对照组,观察6个月,于治疗前、治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月末测定患者血清PAI-1的含量,行重复测量方差分析及多元方差分析。结果血清PAI-1水平随时间的变化而变化,时间与分组有交互作用,即组间血清PAI-1水平均随时间变化趋势而不同,接受帕罗西汀治疗1个月后,可改善AMI行急诊PCI术后合并焦虑抑郁患者血清PAI-1水平。结论帕罗西汀可明显改善AMI行急诊PCI术后合并焦虑抑郁患者血清PAI-1水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the affection of combined with paroxetine treatment on PAI-1 in patients with AMI who combined with anxiety and depression after PCI.Methods 108 cases of patients with AMI underwent emergency PCI,of which 53 cases were diagnosed as anxiety and depression by the Hamilton anxiety and depression scale.These patients were randomly assigned to two groups:paroxetine and control groups,determined the serum levels of PAI-1 before treatment,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.Repeated measures analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance were used.Results Serum PAI-1 level changes over time,and there was an interaction between time and group.The trends of serum PAI-1 level were different between the two groups over time.Receiving paroxetine treatment for 1 month,serum levels of PAI-1 in patients with AMI who combined with anxiety and depression after PCI were improved.Conclusions Paroxetine may improve the serum PAI-1 level in patients with anxiety and depression after the operation of emergency PCI in AMI line.更多还原
