高压氧对颅脑损伤患者血清抵抗素和高迁移率蛋白-1的影响
Study of hyperbaric oxygenation on serum resistin and HMGB1 in patients with severe craniocerebral injury
【摘要】 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧(HBO)治疗前后,外周血抵抗素(resistin)和高迁移率蛋白-1(HMGB1)的水平变化与HBO治疗效果之间的关系。方法 60例颅脑损伤患者作为HBO治疗组(HBO组),行HBO+常规治疗;60例颅脑损伤患者作为常规治疗组,仅单纯常规治疗;60名健康体检者为正常对照组。分别于治疗前用哥拉斯哥评分(GOS)对患者评定;采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测血清抵抗素和HMGB1含量。结果 HBO组和常规治疗组治疗前抵抗素和HMGB1差异无统计学意义(t=1.12,1.03,P均>0.05),但与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(抵抗素:t=15.37,15.28;HMGB1:t=15.84,15.41;P均<0.01)。治疗1个疗程后,HBO组和常规治疗组抵抗素和HMGB1水平均比治疗前有所下降(抵抗素:t=11.27,7.49;HMGB1:t=12.27,7.21;P均<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,HBO组的抵抗素和HMGB1水平逐渐接近正常对照组(t=1.31,1.26,P均>0.05),而常规治疗组抵抗素和HMGB1水平均高于HBO组和正常对照组(抵抗素:t=8.15,8.26;HMGB1:t=8.04,8.15;P均<0.05)。结论 HBO能影响颅脑损伤患者抵抗素和HMGB1水平,提示检测患者外周血抵抗素和HMGB1含量,可作为观察HBO治疗效果的辅助指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on serum resistin and high mobility group box-1(HMGB1) in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups.One was treated with HBO combined with conventional treatment(as HBO group).The other was treated only with conventional treatment(as control group),there were 60 healthy as the health group.The levels of serum resistin and HMGB1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the HBO and control group,the levels serum resistin and HMGB1 were higher than those in the health group(resistin:t=15.37,15.28;HMGB1:t=15.84,15.41;P all<0.01).There wasn′t a statistical difference between the levels of serum resistin and HMGB1 in the HBO group and control group before treatment (t=1.12,1.03,P all>0.05);After one course,there were differences in serum resistin and HMGB1 levels between HBO group,control group and health group (resistin:t=11.27,7.49;HMGB1:t=12.27,7.21;P all<0.05).After three course of HBO treatment,there were differences between HBO group,control group and health group (resistin:t=8.15,8.26;HMGB1:t=8.04,8.15;P all <0.05).Conclusions HBO may affect the levels of serum resistin and HMGB1 in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.It was suggested to be an important adjuvant marker of the prognosis and HBO treatment.
