泡沫铜相变材料在运血车中的储能应用研究

【摘要】 为解决运血车制冷机组反复启停和耗能大的问题,提出了采用泡沫铜相变储能管顺排布置于风道的方案。针对储能管进行了相变储能实验,获得了相变材料温度-时间的变化曲线。针对储能管和运血车风道系统建立了相应的数学模型和物理模型,采用数值模拟方法研究了储能管相变过程和风道加装储能管后的流场和温度场分布。最后对实验结果和仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明,加装泡沫铜相变储能装置可以改善运血车制冷机组的性能。研究结果对泡沫铜相变材料的应用和运血车制冷系统改进具有重要的工程意义。

【Abstract】 To solve the switching on and off repeatedly and high energy consumption of the refrigeration unit in blood transport vehicles,the arrangement of energy storage tube of copper foam phase-change material(PCM) in the duct was put forward.The experiment on the thermal storage tube was conducted,and the temperature-time variation curve of the tube was obtained.By establishing the corresponding mathematic model and physical model for the thermal storage tube and the duct in the blood transportation vehicle,the phase change process of copper foam PCM was simulated numerically.The air flow field and temperature distribution in the vehicle duct was acquired.The experiment results were compared with the simulation results.The results indicate that the copper foam phase change material helped the blood transportation vehicle improve the refrigeration capacity.The research can provide good references in engineering for the applications of copper foam phase-change material and the improvement of refrigeration system in the blood transportation vehicle.
