【摘要】 目的探讨核转录因子Spl在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中的表达特征和临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学PV-6000法,检测63例BTCC、21例膀胱乳头状瘤和13例正常黏膜组织中Spl的表达。结果 Spl在膀胱癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.3%(43/63),明显高于其在膀胱乳头状瘤(5/21,23.8%)和正常膀胱黏膜(1/13,7.7%)的阳性表达率(P<0.05),且Spl蛋白的表达与BTCC的病理分级和浸润深度密切相关。结论转录因子Spl在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,检测其表达对于评估BTCC的预后有较高价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of transcription factor Spl in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC) and analyze its clinical significance.Methods By using immunohistochemical PV-6000 method to study the expression level of Spl in 63 cases of BTCC,21 cases of papilloma of bladder and 13 cases normal mucosa of bladder specimen.Results The positive rate of Spl protein in BTCC(68.3%) was significantly higher than that in bladder papilloma(23.8%) and normal bladder mucosa(7.7%).It had showed that the positive expression of Spl in BTCC was closely related with the pathological grading and TNM stages.Conclusions Transcription factor Spl may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of BTCC.The detection of Spl protein has a definite value in juding the prognosis of BTCC.更多还原
