【摘要】 目的:研究简体中文版优势行动价值问卷(VIA-IS)在中国大学生中的适用性。方法:以VIA-IS为工具,收集837名大学生的有效数据,对问卷的信效度进行系统评估。结果:VIA-IS具有较高的信度;进行打包操作后24个性格优势的结构效度可以接受,但六大美德结构效度较差;问卷会聚效度、区分效度不好,再一次说明美德结构不合理。结论:VIA-IS可以作为测量中国大学生性格优势的工具,但美德结构划分不合理,需要进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Study the applicability of Simplified Chinese VIA-IS in Chinese college students.Methods: Valid data were collected from 837 students with VIA-IS,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were systematically assessed.Results: VIA-IS had a higher reliability;the construct validity of 24 character strengths was acceptable after Item Parceling,while 6 merits’ were comparatively poor;the convergent validity and discriminant validity were limited,demonstrating again that the merits structure was unreasonable.Conclusion: VIA-IS can be used to measure the character strengths of Chinese students.Yet the merits structure is subsided unreasonably,and requires further researches.更多还原
