【摘要】 目的:评价抗核抗体(ANA)、抗Sm抗体、抗dsDNA抗体、抗核小体抗体(AnuA)等相关自身抗体联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的诊断价值。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法(IIF)、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和免疫印迹法(LIA)测定1 409例SLE患者(SLE组)和1 058例其他结缔组织病患者(非SLE组)血清中ANA、抗dsDNA抗体、抗Sm抗体、AnuA等相关自身抗体含量。结果:除抗CENPB抗体、抗Jo-1抗体和抗Scl-70抗体在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余自身抗体在两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);ANA阳性率79.1%,远高于非SLE组的34.7%(P<0.01);SLE组患者除ANA抗体、抗SSA抗体和抗nRNP/Sm抗体性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其它自身抗体在性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SLE患者以女性发病最多,占90.8%(1 280/1 409),发病年龄以20~39岁最高,占49.3%,其次为40~59岁,占37.0%。在ANA抗体阴性时,抗SSA抗体的阳性检出率较高。结论:SLE患者血清中可出现大量的自身抗体,联合检测灵敏度高、结果可靠、方法简便,对SLE的鉴别诊断和治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of autoantibodies in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The serum content of autoantibodies in 1409 SLE patients and 1058 patients with other connective tissue disease(non-SLE group)were detected by using IIF,ELISA,and LIA methods.Comparison was carried out between the 2 groups.Results:The serum content of autoantibodies was significantly different between the 2 groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01)except for anti-CENP B antibody,anti-Jo-1 antibody,and anti-Scl-70 antibody(P>0.05).The positive rate of ANA was markedly higher than that in the non-SLE group(79.1% vs 34.7,P<0.01).In SLE patients,the content of autoantibodies did not differ between male and female patients except for ANA,anti-SSA antibody,and anti-nRNP/Sm antibody(P<0.05);90.8%(1280/1409)of the SLE patients were female;49.3% of the patients aged from 20 to 39 years,followed by 37.0% of aging from 40 to 59 years.When ANA was negative,the positive rate of anti-SSA antibody was relatively high.Conclusion:Autoantibodies can be detected in the sera of SLE patients.To detect the antibodies is easy and reliable to help diagnose SLE.更多还原
