【摘要】 目的:制备硝酸布康唑缓释乳膏,考察其体外释放度。方法:采用正交设计优化制备工艺;采用HPLC法测定硝酸布康唑缓释乳膏的体外释放度。结果:最佳制备工艺为乳化温度90℃,乳化时间20 min,变速搅拌,制得样品有明显的缓释作用。结论:硝酸布康唑缓释乳膏的制备工艺稳定可行,所得样品有良好的缓释效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize preparation technology of hydrocortisone and chlorhexidine acetate cream and determine its release in vitro.Methods: The optimum preparation technology was selected by orthogonal test.Drug release was determined by method of HPLC.Results: The optimum preparation technology was established by emulsifying temperature of 90 ℃,emulsifying time of 20 min and agitating with variable speed,the samples had a slow release in vitro.Conclusion: The preparation procedure established was stable and practical,and the samples obtained showed good sustained release characteristics.更多还原
