【摘要】 为了实现压力容器小法兰密封面的现场加工与修复,介绍了一种可移动式的法兰密封面加工装置。该装置以法兰自身定位安装,它的主运动是由电动机通过行星齿轮减速器驱动,转臂上的2台步进电动机实现了刀具平行法兰端面和平行法兰孔轴线的进给运动,具备直线和圆弧插补功能,由手持盒进行参数化编程和操作。实际使用表明,该装置体积小,重量轻;适用法兰尺寸范围大,加工质量稳定;易于操作、维护,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to achieve the on-site processing and repair for a small pressure vessel flange sealing surface,a movable device which process flange sealing face is introduced.The device can be installed by fixing itself,the main movement of the device is driven by the motor through planetary gear reducer,two stepping motor on rotational arm achieve the feed motion that the lathe tool parallel the head face and the axis of the flange,and it has the function with linear and circular interpolation.A manually operated display box achieves the parameterized programming and operation.The actual usage expresses that this device is small in size,light in weight.It applies a larger size range of flange,and has the stable processing quality.It is easy to operate and maintain,also secure and reliable.更多还原
