【摘要】 先推导了任意回转面滚子从动件弧面凸轮的廓面方程,进一步得到了球形滚子弧面凸轮廓面方程。基于Pro/E软件构建了球形滚子弧面凸轮分度机构的三维模型,并进行了运动仿真;采用间接指定刀位轨迹的方法获得了弧面凸轮廓面的数控加工代码,并进行了创成仿真,从而实现了弧面凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The surface equations of globoidal cam profile with general rollers are firstly calculated in the paper,and then surface equations of globoidal cam with ball rollers are obtained.The 3D model of a globoidal indexing cam mechanism with ball rollers is constructed,and the moving simulation is fulfilled based on Pro/E.NC program of cam surface is derived by indirectly appointing the cutter location,and the generation simulation is finished.As a result,CAD/CAM integration for the globoidal cam with ball rollers is realized in the paper.更多还原
