基于SINUMERIK 840D HMI二次开发的曲轴定位无线在线检测系统改进
Improvement on wireless online detection system for crankshaft locating based on SINUMERIK 840D HMI secondary development
【摘要】 目前曲轴生产中配备独立的工控机,专门用于曲轴定位误差无线在线检测数据处理,然而该系统中加工与检测界面的分离,影响生产效率。鉴于此,拟对现有的在线检测系统进行改进探索,即利用数控系统的计算机处理单元替代工控机进行集成处理。文章从HMI(Human Machine Interface)二次开发的角度,对系统改进过程中人机界面开发技术展开深入的研究。给出了SINUMERIK 840D数控系统HMI二次开发的一般思路。
【Abstract】 An industrial controlling computer for data processing is widely used in the system of the wireless online detection for crankshaft locating.However,due to the negative effect of separation of machining and measuring,a research on the detection system upgrading was conducted,which was characterized by employing personal computer unit of Numerical Control (NC) system for integration processing.In this paper,the technology of SINUMERIK 840D HMI (Human Machine Interface) secondary development was introduced.Meanwhile,the method of secondary development could be promoted from special to general.
