基于X-D线图的多缸多往复气动回路设计
The design of pneumatic circuit of multi-cylinder and multi-reciprocation based on X-D diagram
【摘要】 针对多缸多往复行程程序控制气动回路的设计难点,对X-D线图法进行了补充和完善。通过增加X-D线图标准型,规整了复杂气动控制中信号和动作的关系,提出了复合型障碍(Ⅰ、Ⅱ型障碍混合)信号处理的基本原则和消障措施,并通过实例说明了X-D线图法设计复杂气动逻辑回路的方法。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses design difficulties of pneumatic circuit of stroke program control of multi-cylinder and multi-reciprocation.As supplement and perfection to X-D diagram,the relation between signal and action of complicated pneumatic circuit is straightened out by adding the standard form of X-D diagram;the rules and methods of obstacle elimination about complex obstacle signal (made of obstacles of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ) are put forward.An example shows the method that a complicated logical pneumatic circuit is designed with X-D diagram.
