【Abstract】 Based on the high demand on strength and rigidity of dies used in precision cold forging and industrial diamond synthesizing with service condition of ultra-high pressure in material processing,completed analyses are carried out on the structure and existing problems of the traditional compound prestressed die.The properties and technical advantages of strip wound prestressed die are introduced.Basic principle and design method of strip wound prestressed die are presented.The special equipment to manufacture strip wound prestressed die are developed.Tension controlling principle and method are also presented.更多还原
