离合器摩擦片摩擦性能影响因素研究
Study on the influence factors of frictional behaviour for clutch friction pair
【摘要】 通过对不同纤维增强剂配制的摩擦片进行摩擦学小样试验、定速式摩擦试验以及台架试验,研究了温度、相对滑动速度、离合循环次数等外部因素以及增强剂成分等内部因素对摩擦副的摩擦性能与磨损性能的影响。试验表明:芳纶包心纱作为增强剂制得的摩擦片,摩擦性能和耐磨损性能较好;温度、相对滑动速度以及离合循环次数均对摩擦副的摩擦系数具有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 Sample test,constant speed test and bench scale test are tested with diflerent kinds of fiber reinforced material.Intensive studies are taken on wear and friction performance of external factors such as temperature,relative sliding speed,on-off cycling time and internal factor such as fiber reinforced material.Aramid fiber is of good wear and friction performance.Temperature,relative sliding speed and on-off cycling time has great influence on friction coefficient.
