数控机床串联刚度场及其应用研究
Application Study on the Series Stiffness Field of Machine Tool
【摘要】 根据数控机床整体上各装配部件之间具有串联结构这一特点,提出了数控机床串联刚度场的概念,并通过串联弹簧单自由度系统进行了理论分析,最后通过1个具体实例,阐述了数控机床串联刚度场的实际应用情况。为揭示机床的性能及刚度分布以及机床的优化分析提供了1种全新的解决方案和途径。
【Abstract】 According to CNC machine tools having the characteristic of tandem structure,this paper presents a concept on series stiffness field of CNC machine tools.Theoretical analysis is proved by a series spring system which has a single degree of freedom.Finally,a practical application using the theory of series stiffness field is described.This article provides a new solution and approach for the optimization analysis of the machine tools.
