固体酸催化剂WO3/TiO2催化合成丁酸异戊酯
Preparation of WO3/TiO2 Solid Acid for Synthesis of Isoamyl Butyrate
【摘要】 本制备了WO3为活性组分,TiO2为载体的双金属固体酸酯化催化剂WO3/TiO2,采用IR测试技术对催化剂进行了表征。将该催化剂用于正丁酸与异戊醇进行酯化反应合成了丁酸异戊酯,考察了催化剂用量、n(异戊醇):n(正丁酸)、反应时间、带水剂种类和催化剂重复使用性等因素对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,该催化剂催化合成丁酸异戊酯的适宜反应条件为:n(异戊醇):n(正丁酸)=1.2、催化剂用量2.0g、反应时间110min,酯化率可达95.2%。
【Abstract】 One new bimetal solid acid catalyst with WO3 as active component was synthesized and characterized by IR methods.Isoamyl butyrate was synthesized with the catalyst.The effects of various factors such as catalyst dosage,mole ratio of alcohol to acid,different carrying water agents and reaction time were investigated.These results indicated that the optimized conditions of synthesizing isoamyl butyrate were:mole ratio of alcohol to acid 1.2,reaction time 110min,and catalyst dosage 2.0g, esterification rate is 95.2%.
