【摘要】 高职院校在推行工学结合、顶岗实习的过程中,往往面临三个难以逾越的"沟壑"。为了提高顶岗实习的效率,切实培养高素质技能型人才,常州机电职业技术学院设置校企合作工作站,专门从事学生顶岗实习的教育与管理。经过两年多的实践,取得了较好的效果,为同类高职院校顶岗实习的教学与管理实践提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are three insurmountable "gully" during higher vocational colleges are implementing post-replacing internship and the learning integrated with work.In order to improve the efficiency of field work and guarantee high-quality skilled talents cultivation,Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology build the study integrated with work workstations,which is especially managing and schooling the post-replacing internship work.After more than two years,good results have been achieved.And it provides the links of teaching practice for the same field work in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
