【摘要】 目的:观察规范化电针方案治疗乳腺增生病的(MGH)临床疗效。方法:随机将患者分为观察、对照两组,观察组主穴取甲、乙两组,并辨证配穴,加用电针。对照组针刺选穴针刺不带电。4个疗程后统计分析患者乳痛、乳块和全身症状评分的变化。结果:观察组治愈30例(75.0%),显效7例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%,对照组治愈率19例(47.5%),显效5例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率为75.0%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组乳痛、乳块相关参数(大小、硬度、范围)和全身症状均改善明显(P<0.01),且观察组效果更优(P<0.01)。结论:应用规范化电针方案可明显提高MGH患者的疗效,且无副作用和并发症,可广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the standardization of acupuncture in the treatment of MGH clinical efficacy.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two control groups,the main points to take the observation A and B groups,and dialectical acupoints,plus power pin.Acupuncture control group selection is not charged.Statistical analysis of four patients after treatment for breast pain,breast pieces and systemic symptom score changes.Results:Synthesis in effect: 30 cases were cured(75.0%),marked effect in 7 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate was 97.5%;The cured cases in control group were 19 cases(47.5%),marked effect in 5 cases,effective 6 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,total effective rate was 75.0% in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,breast pain,breast block parameters(size,hardness,range) and systemic symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the observation group had a better effect(P<0.01).Conclusion:Standardized acupuncture programs can significantly improve the efficacy of MGH patients,no side effects and complications,and it can be widely used.更多还原
