【摘要】 目的:观察电针配合中药排毒养生胶囊治疗阿片类毒品海洛因成瘾戒断综合征临床疗效。方法:采用阿片类戒断综合征量表(OWS)评测单独使用戒毒中药排毒养生胶囊(单药组)和使用排毒养生胶囊配合穴位电针治疗(针药组)海洛因戒断综合征效果。结果:单药组(n=65)OWS总分第4天<10,达到临床脱毒标准;针药组(n=63)OWS总分第3天<10,达到临床脱毒标准,两组第12天临床脱毒率均为100%,无明显差异;但戒断症状分项比较,针药组对失眠、乏力、厌食症状控制效果优于单药组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位电针配合中药排毒养生胶囊治疗海洛因成瘾戒断综合征疗效优于单用药物治疗,显示电针应用于临床戒毒颇具前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of electro acupuncture combined with capsules of Chinese medicine on abstinence syndrome of opioid drug addiction.Methods:Opioid withdrawal syndrome scale(OWS) evaluation of Chinese medicine detoxification regimen alone capsule drug(monotherapy group) and the use of detoxification health capsules with electric acupuncture points(acupuncture group) effects of heroin withdrawal syndrome.Results:The single-agent group(n=65) OWS Total d4 <10,to reach the standard of clinical detoxification;Acupuncture group(n=63) OWS Total d3<10,to reach the standard of clinical detoxification,two clinical detoxification d12 rate was 100%,no significant difference;but sub-withdrawal symptoms compared with acupuncture group of insomnia,fatigue,anorexia symptom control was better than single drug group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The point acupuncture detoxification regimen with traditional Chinese medicine capsule for withdrawal syndrome of heroin addiction is better than single drug therapy,and acupuncture used in clinical treatment shows a promising future.更多还原
