【摘要】 目的:观察和探讨针刺对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和对血管活性物质NO的影响。方法;将60例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。在糖尿病基础治疗的同时,对照组加用甲钴胺,治疗组加以针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度的改变以及NO的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,高于对照组的60%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经传导速度治疗后明显提高(P<0.01);NO治疗后明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变有很好的疗效,并能升高NO水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect and the influence of the vasoactive substances NO of diabetic peripheral neurophathy treated with pinprick.Methods:60 cases of diabetic peripheral neurophathy were randomly divided equally into the treatment group and the control group.All the patients accept diabetes foundation treatment.In the meantime,the control group was treated with methylcobalamin and the treatment group was treated with pinprick.Observe the clinical symptom and change the conduct speed of the motor nerve and sensory nerve before and after two groups with treatment.At the same time the changes of level of Nitric Oxide(NO) were observed.Results:The effective rates of treatment group and the control group were 90% and 60% respectively,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The conduct speed of the nerve raised obviously after treatment(P<0.01);The NO heated up obviously after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:It has a good curative effect on the diabetic peripheral neurophathy with pinprick and the level of NO was increased too.更多还原
