电针对急性脊髓损伤大鼠氧化应激反应的影响
Effects of Electroacupuncture on Oxidative Stress Reaction of Acute Spinal Cord Injured Rats
【摘要】 目的:观察电针对脊髓损伤后大鼠氧化应激反应的影响。方法:采用Allen s法制备急性脊髓损伤模型。动物分为假手术组、模型组、电针组。电针组造模成功后电针治疗14天,选用双心腧、双脾腧作为治疗穴位,测定脊髓中的SOD、MDA和GSH-Px含量变化。结果:电针组SOD、GSH-Px含量均有不同程度的上升,与模型组相比有显著性和非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。电针组MDA含量下降,与模型组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:电针能提高急性脊髓损伤模型大鼠SOD、GSH-Px活性及降低MDA含量,从而降低自由基的损害,保护神经细胞,对损伤脊髓的修复有积极的治疗作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on oxidative stress reaction on spinal cord injured rats.Methods:We used Allen’s method to copy model of acute spinal cord injury.The rats were assigned into 3 groups randomly: the electroacupuncture group,the model group,the sham group.After the modeling,electroacupuncture treatment for 14d and used double heart Meridian,Spleen Meridian for the treatment of point.We determined the content of SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in the spinal cord.Results:The levers of SOD and GSH-Px of the electroacupuncture group were raised in different degrees.The differences were obvious between the electroacupuncture group and model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levers of MDA of the electroacupuncture group were reduced in different degrees.The differences were obvious between the electroacupuncture groups and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of electroacupuncture can raise SOD,GSH-Px and reduce MDA and has advantageous performance to the acute spinal cord injury,and is useful to reduce the harm of free radicals and protect the nerve cells.
