【摘要】 本文从地方视角出发,深入分析了外资企业面临外迁压力下的决策思考基点和外迁模式选择,并结合不同网络角色外资企业的外迁行为进行了案例比较,得出以下研究结论:网络权力对于外资企业外迁具有决定性作用,社会资本对于外资企业外迁起着缓冲作用,社会资本和网络权力在不同产业环境下综合决定了外资企业外迁的模式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 From local perspective, this article deeply analyzes the basis of decision-making and the mode selection of foreign-owned enterprises under the pressure of off-shoring. By combining the comparative case study of foreign-owned enterprise’s off-shoring behavior with different network role, this paper obtains such conclusions: Network authority has the decisive function and social capital has the cushioning effect regarding foreign-owned enterprise’s off-shoring. Social capital and network power constitute the whole decision-making mechanism of foreign-owned enterprise’s off-shoring in different industrial environment.更多还原
