均三溴氯磺酚分光光度法测定微量锆
Determination of the Trace Zirconium by Tribromo-chlorosulphophenol Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了均三溴氯磺酚与锆的显色反应体系,并用分光光度法测定微量锆。均三溴氯磺酚与锆形成的蓝紫色水溶性配合物,其最大吸收波长位于630 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.8×104 L/(mol.cm),Zr在0~50μg/10 mL范围内符合比尔定律。Zr-均三溴氯磺酚体系稳定,选择性好。直接用于实际样品的测定,结果较好。
【Abstract】 The blue violet water-solubility complex is formed by the reaction of Zirconium(Ⅳ) with Tribromo-chlorosulphophenol.Its absorption maximum is at 630 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of Zr complex is 1.8×104 L/(mol·cm).Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~50 μg/10 mL of Zr(Ⅳ).The method has been applied to the determination of Zirconium(Ⅳ) in alloy steel and in Al2O3-refractory material with satisfactory results.
