【Abstract】 With the rapid development of higher vocational education,concern about students’ employment has been transferred to employment quality instead of status.In recent years,it seems that students’ supply falls shout of demand while in fact their employment quality is not so good.It is worthwhile to analyze the employment tendency and influencing factors and put forward some effective ways of improving quality,thus pointing out the direction of secretary construction.更多还原
