【摘要】 为使县级供电企业的调度员适应电网的快速发展,建立了适合地、县联合统一模型的县级电力调度PAS/DTS系统,提出并解决配网模型建立、小电流接地系统故障判断、配网合环计算等问题。实际运行表明,系统为提高调度员培训效果、缩短培训周期发挥了积极作用,已成为调度员日常操作安全校核的技术手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county power dispatch PAS / DTS system for the unified model of prefecture-level city and county joint dispatch is built for county dispatchers to adapt to the rapid development of power grid.This paper presents and solves the problems of the establishment of distribution network model,fault judgment of low current earthing system,calculation of closed loop of distribution network etc.The actual operation indicates that the system plays an active role in improving dispatcher training effect and reducing training period and becomes the technical tool for safety verification in dispatchers′ daily operation.更多还原
