【摘要】 现阶段,对土地整理项目可行性、施工过程中的生态效益和项目后效益评价问题研究较多,而对土地开发整理工程后管理与建设实施方面缺少重视,从而使建后工程管理环节普遍薄弱,影响了土地开发整理综合效益的发挥。本文结合鲁东南丘陵区山东省日照市土地整理工程管理实例,揭示了土地整理工程建后管理中存在的主要问题,并分析了其深层次原因。结合实践,提出了土地整理建后工程管理创新模式体系,力求为土地整理建后工程的科学管理提供理论支撑和技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,most land consolidation project studies are focusing on feasibility,ecological benefits during construction and post-project benefit evaluation,but lack attention in post-project management and construction,resulting in a poor management after land consolidation and reducing the comprehensive benefits of land consolidation.This paper,based on a case study on Rizhao city,low hills in southeast Shandong province,reveals the major management issues after land consolidation projects,analyzes the root causes,presents innovation models in project management after land consolidation,attempting to provide theoretical and technical supports in project management after land consolidation.更多还原
