【摘要】 2008～2011年西双版纳州报告狂犬病病例9例,全部死亡,发病高峰2010年发病5例。男性8例,女性1例;病例以青壮年工人和农民工为主;景洪市8例,勐腊县1例。潜伏期最短9d,最长15月,多为1～3个月;病程最短2d,最长15d。全部病人均为犬伤,仅1例接种狂犬疫苗。结果表明,西双版纳州狂犬病疫情上升明显,应加强犬类管理和宣传教育,规范暴露后的预防处置和免疫接种工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine cases of rabies were reported in Xishuangbanna from 2008-2011;all resulted in death,and incidence peaked with five cases in 2010.Eight cases involved males and 1 involved a female.Patients were mostly young workers and migrant workers.Eight cases were from Jinghong and 1 was from Mengla.The shortest incubation period was 9 days while the longest was 15 months.The shortest duration of the disease was 2 days while the longest was 15 days.All of the patients were injured by dogs,and only 1 patient had been vaccinated.Results revealed a marked increase in rabies in Xishuangbanna.Canine management and public education should be enhanced,and standards for prophylaxis after exposure and immunization efforts should also be enhanced.更多还原
