高氟水型地区男性不育患者MPO、GSTs活力及内分泌功能的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨高氟水型地区男性不育患者血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)活力变化及内分泌功能。方法对62例男性不育患者以及70例正常生育组采用CASAS-QH-Ⅲ计算机辅助精液分析仪进行精液质量分析;采用比色法分别测定血浆髓过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活力;采用放射免疫法测定血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和睾酮(T)含量。结果高氟水型地区男性不育患者精子密度、精子活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆MPO活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆GSTs活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)较生育组显著升高(P<0.01),血清辜酮(T)水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论过量氟可能使体内自由基代谢失衡,从而影响成年男性的生殖及内分泌功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate changes in myeloperoxidase(MPO),glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),and endocrine function in the plasma of male adults who live in areas with highly fluoridated water.Methods CASAS-QH-Ⅲ was used to analyze semen quality in 62 sterile males and 70 normal sterile males.Plasma MPO and GST activity and endocrine function were determined by colorimetric analysis with a spectrophotometer.The serum levels of LH,FSH,and T were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The sperm density and motility differed significantly(P<0.05) between sterile males and normal males.Sterile males had greater plasma MPO activity than did normal males,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sterile males had less GST activity than did normal males(P<0.05).The levels of LH and FSH were markedly higher(P<0.01) than those in normal males,and the level of T was significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Excessive fluorine intake may cause unbalanced free radical metabolism.This indicates that high fluorine levels may affect reproduction and endocrine function in the male human body.
