【Abstract】 This paper reported a case of tertian malaria accompanied by severe thrombocytopenia.Eight days after the patient was treated with a balanced salt solution,potassium magnesium aspartate,1 unit of thrombocytes,chloroquine,and primaquine,the patient’s temperature returned to normal and the patient’s platelet count approached the upper limits of a normal platelet count.Follow-up over 1 year found no recurrence.更多还原
