【Abstract】 Alveolar echinococcosis(AE),caused by Echinococcus multilocularis(EM),is one of the most severe zoonoses.In China,AE is particularly prevalent over large areas of the northwest and southwest.AE is a serious threat to human health and safety and also causes huge economic problems for the livestock industry.The establishment of AE models can help with efforts to identify suitable control measures and to screen for and prepare effective medications to combat AE.This paper reviews advances in the latest research on animal models of AE and control of AE.更多还原
