【摘要】 目的了解全球基金疟疾项目县人群对疟疾防治基本知识知晓情况,探讨有针对性开展疟疾健康教育策略。方法采用随机抽样,拟定统一问卷对疟疾知识的知晓情况进行问卷调查。结果调查对象对疟疾是传染病和疟疾的传播途径的知晓率均低于70%;有较高文化程度者的知晓率高于低文化程度者;不同职业人群中医务人员、退休人群和教师知晓率较高,农民、无业人员知晓率相对较低;被调查者的知识来源主要为大众媒体。结论应有针对性地加强对人群疟疾相关知识的宣传,扩大疟疾知识的覆盖面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey malaria awareness among residents of a county implementing control supported by the Global Fund to Fight Malaria and to explore strategies for health education in order to prevent malaria.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents of a county implementing malaria control.Results Respondents had a low level of awareness(less than 70%) that malaria is an infectious disease and were unaware of how it is transmitted.Individuals with a higher level of education had a higher level of awareness.Among respondents in different occupations,medical personnel,retired people,and teachers had a higher level of awareness than farmers and the unemployed.Malaria knowledge was primarily obtained from mass media.Conclusion Tailored and enhanced dissemination of malaria information to residents is needed in order to expand the extent of malaria awareness.更多还原
