【摘要】 目的结合临床实践经验开展妇产科手术医院感染分析,并探讨护理措施。方法 2009年1-12月医院妇产科共做手术1210例,以此为研究对象,采用总结回顾分析法,将患者的病例资料、临床治疗资料等搜集整理,并与经治医师、责任护士共同探讨,分析妇产科手术医院感染与护理措施。结果医院妇产科共做手术1210例,发生感染43例,感染率3.55%;手术后感染类型主要有泌尿道、呼吸道、手术切口感染,感染率分别为0.91%、1.40%、0.66%;对于不同的手术后感染,采取不同的护理对策。结论相关人员应采取积极措施确保医疗质量和医疗安全,预防和控制医院感染的发生,以有效降低医院感染率,促进患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the nosocomial infection in patients with gynecologic surgery,and explore nursing with the clinical practice experience. METHODS From Jan-Dec 2009,1210 patients in our hospital undertaken obstetrics and gynecology surgery were included.The use of summary review analysis,the patient′s clinical data,clinical data collection,etc.order,and with the treating physicians,nurses responsible explore,analyzed nosocomial infection in gynecologic surgery and nursing measures were analyzed. RESULTS The hospital gynecology outpatient surgery operating room a total of 1210 cases of infection occurred in 43 cases,the infection rate of 3.55%.Main types of post-operative infection in 11 cases of urinary tract infection(0.91%),respiratory tract infection in 17 cases(1.40%),surgical wound infection 8(0.66%) and other types of infection in 7(0.58%).After surgery for different infections,care to take a different approach,including the care of urinary tract infections,respiratory infections and surgical wound infection nursing care,are symptomatic care. CONCLUSION The stakeholders should take active measures to ensure that medical quality and medical safety,prevention and control of hospital infection,and to reduce hospital infection rates,and promote early recovery of patients.更多还原
