【摘要】 目的分析儿科病房医院感染临床特征、分布特点,探讨预防控制医院感染的对策。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2009年12月儿科病房的普通内科、普通外科、康复病区及ICU医院感染的分布特点、临床特征。结果全年儿科医院感染发生率为3.95%,普通儿科病房医院感染发生率明显高于ICU医院感染发生率;医院感染部位以呼吸道为主占89.35%;且临床诊断以病毒感染为主;住院时间越长,医院感染发病率越高;医院感染高峰以高温夏季为主。结论儿科病房医院感染以病毒感染为主,儿科普通病房医院感染与患儿家长关系密切,缩短住院时间、限制患儿家长等陪护人员的数量,并进行规范管理、防止陪护人员造成的交叉感染,有助于减少儿科医院感染发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical feature and the distribution characteristic of hospital infection in pediatric wards,and explore the countermeasure for hospital infections in pediatrics ordinary ward.METHODS The clinical distribution and characteristics of nosocomial infections based on inpatient′s medical records in department of pediatric ordinary medicine wards,pediatric ordinary surgical wards,pediatric recovery wards and department of pediatric ICU wards from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The total nosocomial infection rate in pediatric wards was 3.95%.The department of pediatric ordinary wards hospital infection rate is higher than the ICU ward hospital infection rate obviously;the most of nosocomial infection was respiratory tract infection(89.35%) caused by viruses.The longer the time in hospital,the higher the rate of nosocomial infection was.The highest risk season was the high temperature summer.CONCLUSION The most common location of nosocomial infection was the respiratory tract infection caused by viruses.illchildren′s patriaches have something to do with hospital infection in pediatric ordinary ward.The key points of preventing and controlling nosocomial infection are shorting time stay in hospital,preventing cross infection,restricting quantity of ill children′s patriaches and providing standard management.更多还原
