【摘要】 目的加强脊柱外科医院感染的控制与环节管理,降低医院感染的发生率。方法针对脊柱外科疾病特点,制定并落实各项有效消毒隔离措施,严格执行各项无菌操作规程,创造合格的住院环境。结果通过严格落实各项消毒隔离措施,加强手术各环节的医院感染控制管理,调查1408例出院患者,发生医院感染30例次,例次感染率为2.13%;感染部位依次为下呼吸道、泌尿道、切口,分别占40.00%、40.00%、20.00%。结论加强脊柱外科医院感染的管理,可有效地降低医院感染的发生,创造了合格的脊柱外科住院环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To enhance the control and management of the hospital infection in spine surgery,and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.METHODS Based on the characteristics for spinal diseases,effective disinfection and isolation measures were designed and implemented,and the sterile operating procedures were carried out strictly,a qualified hospital environment for the patient was created.RESULTS Through the strict implementation of all the disinfection and isolation measures,and the management to various aspects of surgery to control the hospital infection were enhanced.Of 1408 cases of discharged patients,30 cases occured hospital infection(2.13%);the infection sites were lower respiratory tract and urinary tract and incision,accounting for 40.00%,40.00% and 20.00%,respectively.CONCLUSION To enhance the management of hospital infection can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection in spine surgery.更多还原
