【摘要】 目的观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将医院2008年1月-2010年11月收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(西医治疗+中药保留灌肠治疗)和对照组(西医治疗)各40例,观察比较两组的临床疗效、平均治疗时间及随访后的复发率进行比较。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组的有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05),且治疗组的平均治疗时间为(14.5±2.0)d,明显短于对照组的(21.0±3.0)d(P<0.05),随访3～6个月显示,治疗组的复发率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠配加抗菌药物治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效,明显优于单纯运用抗菌药物治疗,且治疗时间短、复发率低,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of retention enema clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.METHODS From Jan 2008 to Nov 2010 admitted 80 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients as research subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(Western medicine treatment retention enema) and the control group(Western medicine) of the 40 cases,Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the average duration of treatment and follow-up after recurrence were compared.RESULTS After 1 course,the efficiency of the treatment group had significantly higher(95.0% vs 77.5%)(P<0.05),and the treatment group were cured of the average treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group(14.5±2.0)d vs(21.0±3.0)d(P<0.05),followed up for 3-6 months The results showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(2.5% vs17.5%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION TCM retention enema with the efficacy of antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significantly better than the use of antibiotic treatment,and treatment time is short,low recurrence rate and is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
