【摘要】 目的探讨运用健康信念模式教育对护士标准预防行为依从性的影响。方法对155名外科护士进行健康信念模式教育,并分别于培训前及培训后对护士进行标准预防行为依从性调查。结果健康信念模式培训前护士洗手及手消毒、戴手套、使用其他防护设备、锐器及伤口的处理等依从性行为评分分别为2.32±0.63、2.11±0.38、1.37±0.99、2.82±0.34分健康信念模式培训后护士洗手及手消毒、戴手套、使用其他防护设备、锐器及伤口的处理等依从性行为评分分别为3.64±0.36、3.31±0.54、2.86±0.65、3.43±0.52分,较培训前明显提高,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用健康信念模式教育能提高护士标准预防行为,有利于降低医院感染发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of health belief mode education to the nurses’ standard prevention behavior compliance.METHODS A total of 155 surgical nurses were held health belief mode education,and the survey of the standard prevention behavior compliance to the nurses respectively before and after education was conducted.RESULTS The scores of the compliance ba before health belief model education compliance behavior scores of nurses wash,hand disinfection,wearing gloves,using of other protective equipment,sharps devices,wound treatment and so on were 2.32 ± 0.63,2.11 ± 0.38,1.37 ± 0.99 and 2.82 ± 0.34,respectively.and the scores of compliance after health belief model education compliance behavior scores of nurses wash,hand disinfection,wearing gloves,using of other protective equipment,sharps devices,wound treatment and so on were 3.64±0.36,3.31±0.54,2.86±0.65 and 3.43±0.52,respectively,which was significantly improved before education.Compared with the two group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS The heath belief mode education can improve the nurses′ standard prevention behavior compliance,and help to reduce nosocomial infections.更多还原
